Cancellation and Refund Policy

At AGS Holiday Resort, we value your time and understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. To ensure transparency, please review our cancellation and refund terms before making a reservation.

1. Cancellation Terms

20 Days or More Before Check-In
Cancellation made 20 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.

10 to 19 Days Before Check-In
Cancellation made between 10 and 19 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.

9 Days or Less Before Check-In
Cancellation made 9 days or less prior to the scheduled check-in date will not be eligible for any refund.

2. Important Notes

All cancellations must be communicated via email to agsholidayresorts@gmail.com or reservation@agsholidayresorts.com, or by calling our reservation desk.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking.

In case of no-show (guest fails to check-in on the booked date without prior notice), no refund will be applicable.

If the booking was made through a third-party travel portal or agent, their cancellation and refund policies will also apply in addition to ours.

3. Force Majeure

In case of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control, the Resort reserves the right to modify or waive the cancellation charges at its sole discretion.
