Pets
Sorry, we do not allow pets inside the house. By special arrangement we will allow dogs to stay, providing that they sleep in their owner’s car, are kept on a lead at all times when outside the car and are exercised only in the areas indicated by us.
Acceptance of Children
We welcome children of all ages. Above 7 years below 12 years will consider as a child and charges applicable
Acceptance of Children
A 50% Advance is payable before your reservation can be confirmed as a booking.
Advance can be paid by online, credit card, IMPS, NEFT or DD
All bookings are confirmed by email.
Non-availability of Accommodation
We would only cancel your stay if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would, however, attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all amount paid by you for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Arrival
Check-in time is 1200 Hrs. Check-out time is 1100 Hrs.
It is much appreciated if you will notify us of your estimated time of arrival (a telephone call on the day before or morning of arrival is fine).
Late arrival procedure
Please ensure you contact us to let us know if you will be arriving late, and your new estimated time of arrival.
Check-out
Please vacate your room by 10.30am, unless otherwise arranged. The room will be ready for re-occupation from 12.00pm unless otherwise arranged.
Payment
The balance of your payment is payable after breakfast on the last day of your stay. Payment can be made by cash, credit or debit card.
Damages and Breakages
Please take care when staying on our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. We ask is that you do report any incidents when they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.
